But this evening I stepped into the kitchen, said “Alexa, play guitar music,” and started chopping garlic for this week’s challenge. My pasta is angel hair—which is quick to make and tastes delicious. I went with a black bean, crushed tomato, and spinach topping, seasoned with Rosemary and, of course, Oregano. It turned out okay, though usually I prefer brown rice to pasta.
